Thanks for reading! The README in src/hierarchies still needs to be updated. Do you think we need a README file for each module inside src?

I think we can remove this REAMDE and just have it integrated in the hierarchies.rst file for the documentation. This also reminds me what we should do a full check of the docs!

Docs should be completed now! You can have a quick check but I think it's best if we merge this and then look at the docs on rtfd.
