Consider using Github Releases #39

To download the latest version of bnt it seems I have to use: https://code.google.com/p/bnt/downloads/list. Github Releases will allow you to stay within the Github ecosystem.

Thanks @AlJohri. When I migrated the repository initially, I didn't want to create releases/archives for everything until any of the scripts had been modified to remove Google Code dependencies. This is a good idea.

Kevin - would you like to do this or should I take care of it?
