Convert Jupyter notebook to PDF. #3

Hi @bayesways,

Please double check that the PDF looks good. I realize that we should start tracking the content of rosi_py_files/. I'll file an issue.

I have documented the process of generating the PDF export, so that we have a starting point when we set up CI (continuous integration) for this. I'll file an issue for this too.
