Change adapter constructor to accept context instead of cwd to have more flexibility;
Move cache related code from fallback and osx-mdfind adapters to higher level, so every adapter will benefit the cache mechanism;
Replace filterSort with fuzzyfind in fallback adapter, and remove filterSort
Add tap-spec in devDependencies for better test report;
Add more test cases
Add Dockerfile for running Linux test easier on macOS

Updated, added Development/Testing section in readme.md, and fixed the double resolve bug.
