Potential LXD backend #16

Explore supporting an LXC backend (besides, or replacing the multipass one).

It has cloud-init support and could make it considerably easier to support non-Ubuntu systems, as well as side-by-side multiple Waasabi installations on the same server.

Multipass itself supports LXD as a backend on Linux (although it is not the default backend).

The installer has now been migrated to use LXD exclusively for local installs. The old Multipass code is still present, and multiple backends are still considered but for now the work with continue only with LXD support.
