This swaps out the current config.

I left one comment, but otherwise it actually is LGTM. Is this ready from your side @badboy ? I guess we'll also need to change the README before we land this.

If we merge this I can cut a new release and use the config to integrate into the current dev build of Waasabi so I won't mess with ENV file config then.

I've updated the config keys and added the new configuration into the README. Merging.
