External URL fetching isn't possible or efficient in all environments, and this limits the usefulness of the feature.
Describe the solution you'd like
Since a lot of EMMs support pushing files to the local storage, having the ability to fetch the title icon from local shared storage would facilitate customisation without requiring it be fetched from an URL resource. It would in some cases be faster depending on the network conditions of the environment also.

URL is simple to implement and doesn't require any additional logic or permissions management compared to storage. If this is valuable enough to your organisation that you'd avoid using an icon without this feature, please indicate support (and preferred approach) for consideration.
