Release Fixes #55

Need to revert Xamarin.Forms back to 5.0.0.1931 due to NSSwitch likely breaking comparability to lower macOS versions. Also, add release provisioning profile to builds for use in TestFlight.

also also revert prism.dryioc.forms to 7.2.0.1422
