Description

Switched from using the Prism ApplicationStore to Xamarin.Essentials SecureStorage for saving settings and preferences.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested on macOS and iOS simulator that it properly migrated settings and no exceptions were thrown when saving and getting settings.
