Incorrect Past Calculations

Describe the bug The summary value for “Past” does not appear to be calculating correctly. For example, in the month of July there are no values for Past in any of my envelopes yet the summarized value (at the top of the envelopes page) states that there is $163.05 Past. I have gone through the month of June, envelope by envelope, and ensured that all Remaining values are equal to zero.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Envelopes page
2. View summarized value for Past (at the top of page)
3. If there is a value for Past, check each envelope for a Past value as well as previous month’s envelopes
4. In my experience, the summarized value for Past does not match the actual value

Expected behavior The summarized Past value should reflect the actual value.
