Nothing major seems to have been fixed, but we'll probably have to pull out a couple of the patches we added last pkgver bump.

Need to keep an eye on python 3.11 in this too

Rebuild went well, minus a couple outdated/upstreamed patches that needed removing.

Had one test fail which needs investigating
