Add some additional help in README and also output for scripts. #92

Adding some verbose help to make it easier to use this without having to dig around for references to some items. My ruby is terrible, pardon my potentially poor usage of it.

I happen to be very terrible at ruby, so this may not be the task for me. Feel free to close this one as being incorrect if you'd like.

@bkruger99 I agree with @jonaf's first two minor niggles, and think we can move the third to it's own ticket. Once you address the remaining two, I will be glad to merge this.
