@fmeum I guess we shouldn't break compatibility with Bazel 6.x for bazel_features?

This is only a dev dependency, so ideally we could update. But for that we would first need to separate the tests into a test module that we can then test with different Bazel versions.

For now I think it's fine to skip the update.
