Also, update tests to run on 6.1.0 by default, and use 6.0.0 and 5.4.0 as "previous" versions (and 4.0.0 as the minimum supported version), rather than defaulting to 5.1.1 and using 5.1.0 and 3.7.1 as previous versions.
