Reproduction:

open docs site
search for test()
https://docs.bazel.build/search.html?cx=009927877080525621790%3A2pxlpaexqpc&cof=FORID%3A10&ie=UTF-8&q=test%28%29#gsc.tab=0&gsc.q=test()&gsc.page=1

You get results in this order.

Testing - Bazel 0.23.0 https://docs.bazel.build/versions/0.23.0/skylark/testing.html
Testing - Bazel https://docs.bazel.build/versions/master/skylark/testing.html

You should only see results from obsolete Bazel versions if you pin to one of them.
