I follow the instruction, but an error occurred here. An error occurred while collecting items to be installed session context was:(profile=epp.package.cpp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=). Unable to read repository at http://bazelbuild.github.io/e4b/p2updatesite/plugins/com.google.devtools.bazel.e4b_0.0.2.jar. It seems that google is blocked in China. Could you please send me an offline installation package ?

This is stored on github but we are discussing on how to provide reliable https for all of our users including those in China.

Note that you can also clone the repository and check-out the gh-pages branch and use the location to your checkout (with file:// protocol) as a replacement for the hostname in the p2updatesite url in eclipse
