Defines how a container should be set up for the Visual Studio Code Remote - Containers extension, or other compatible tools e.g. GitHub Codespaces.
This makes it really easy to get a working development environment for this repo if you have access to GitHub Codespaces.
Google Cloud Platform's Node.js Docker Image is being used as the base for this container.
