Where's rollup_bundle? #421

rollup_bundle rule disappeared. I can't find it. I used to import it from :defs.bzl and it worked. In the latest release it doesn't anymore.

I found it. It's in the node repo. It would be nice if you mentioned this migration in release notes and also updated examples which AFAIU, don't compile.
