Download https://github.com/bazelbuild/rules_webtesting/releases/download/0.3.2/rules_webtesting.tar.gz run sha256sum on it and you get f89ca8e91ac53b3c61da356c685bf03e927f23b97b086cc593db8edc088c143f
That was the sha256 of https://github.com/bazelbuild/rules_webtesting/releases/tag/0.3.1 so it looks like the wrong file was uploaded.
Note: on rules_nodejs, our bazel build :package command produces a tar.gz with the version number in it so we can't make that mistake
bazel build :package
I built a new release artifact and updated the release.
Note that it's 22MB while the last release was 17MB. I'm assuming that's just because there is more stuff to be published.
