Add some more polish around the usage of the native images #283

  1. Include sha 256's in the outputs
  2. Add a bash script that you can use to get started pre-loaded with the URL's and hashes to download things
  3. Update the readme with a quick start flow using this stuff to get going.

looks like there was some failure on the make release?

Yeah this build should never have ran here, bug in prior thing. I'll open a quick separate PR to stop it running on PR's. It won't effect master I don't believe
