This mostly concludes works on issue # 11 - Experimenter control panel by:

adding a possibility to run host without a role selected;
exporting all of the logged data via UDP connection (with an example python script that parses and structures data);
added one more host-controlled step to the experiment stating sequence - simulation no longer starts automatically when all players have loaded the scene, but await the signal from the host.
