In conjunction with https://github.com/bazmonk/digigurdy-baz/issues/6, a lot of the commenting in the code describes the requirements and libraries it uses.

Let’s make a complete set of software requirements and installation instructions and put it in a better place.

I'm closing this up. The README has got most of the pertinent info and I've re-commented everything in re-writing the code.
