Tag the source #19

Could you please tag the source for 1.0.0? This would allow distributions to work with the source tarball release and run the tests.

Oops - it seems when I moved to twine the git tagging stopped...

I've added the tag manually - https://github.com/bazwilliams/openhomedevice/releases/tag/1.0.0
