This can be an abstraction for all word games!

one where you suggest a word or phrase via PM, and one where that's randomly generate.

potential example syntax: /msg ayumi @w start #botb dream

For the "wordgame" -- ayumi will need to make sure the word is in the dictionary (or not??)
