Dolby Pro Logic Support #129

I'm not even sure SPC supports Dolby Pro Logic at this point. And I'm not even sure if the Dolby Pro Logic is done in the SPC/Audio code, or if it's some CPU/HDMA thing that's just done in Post or Pre.

Maybe look at the SPC files for Seiken Densetsu 3, Jurassic Park, Tales of Phantasia, Star Ocean and see if there is an obvious flag or method for it.

What I can readily do is add invert phase buttons for all applicable settings.

SPC did surround via phase inversion. I'd recommend allowing phase inversion of both left and right channels (or either one): I have a nice effect that I use with a very slight pitch difference on one channel that would be interesting to pull off here that I use with inverting the phase of both channels.

Specifically what I'm ready to do is enable the following as phase invertible via a button:

If surround sound needs something more complicated than this, I'd kick it into the future, wait for a patron's request for it, or see what someone else comes up with.
