DrawRBox / DrawRFrame(x,y,w,h,r)
(x,y) upper left corner
w: width
h: height
r: radius
side condition: 
  2*r+1 <= w
  2*r+1 <= h

technical hints:
do bbx check on (x,y,w,h)
use low level draw procedures
