Init support of openvswitch. #134

Support openvswitch in DSM 7.

Tested on DS720+.

Docker macvlan works well. Virtual Machine Manager works well. Openvswitch enabling & disabling is fine. r8152 package enabling & disabling is fine. Reboot works well.

Bonding is not tested.

I tested bonding.

Enabling & disabling works well, but rebooting doesn't.

Bonding needs extra steps to detect and process.
