Low speed at 30MBps after installed driver over USB NIC and onboard NIC #158

Description of the problem

After installed driver successfully, the downlaod speed over 2.5G USB NIC lowered to 30MBps, and onboard NIC to 20MBps. Stable speed. Removing USB NIC & driver not helping, onboard NIC still on low speed.

Used to be 100MBps with onboard NIC. Panel link speed displays correct.

Fixed by Windows shell command: netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal Not related to driver.
