Windows LIBNFC_DEBUG_OUTPUT via CMake is broken

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable LIBNFC_DEBUG_OUTPUT under Windows CMake build
2. Note that lib will not link due to missing log-printf obj

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Compiled debug dll with logging. No is dll generated due to link errors.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Compiled under Win7 x64. Fix patch attached.

Forgot to state version - this is with 1.6.0 rc1, r1469.
