sorted wizhelp output #20

wizhelp command list needs to be sorted similar to #17

Output of "wizhelp" is now sorted alphabetically. Closed by dd94b637aabf4a4f4a0d6b57d349786996c7f7d6.

Additionally, any administrative commands that are currently disabled will be marked in wizhelp and sorted to the beginning of the list for easy identification.
