room name prompt option #7

add an option for current room name to customized prompts

It will be/should be available to everyone who can see room names in the first place. For occasions where the room name is obscured (e.g., total darkness), then the prompt will just show an appropriate description (like "unknown" or something) instead of the actual room name.
