exits list #9

the list of obvious exits should include all non-hidden exits the primary culprit here is simple closed doors

Closed doors now show up in the exits list. (both the auto list, and the manual "exits" command) Closed by b0c7e6def9e03976ad8ff1c86c95e9f67608ae91
