Hydrus should gracefully handle storage directories disappearing. #10

If you can't read a file, use a default thumbnail.
If you can't write a download put it into a retry queue.
If a download directory in the list is available use that one instead.
Let the user set a small temporary download folder which will be offloaded when external storage is connected.
