Convert urls into query strings for a service.
Class must specify intended GUG
An automatic subscription will be created separately for any GUG associated to such a class
Parsers may not pursue this class(but maybe they can put them in an inbox)
Add dropdown to subscription manager to show subscriptions created, manually, automatically or both.
