Add Brick and Haystack column name translations #8

Translating open fdd columns to Brick and Haystack equivalents. Blank fields I'll leave to someone else to determine what fits best. Plenty of assumptions made here (e.g. "Cooling Valve" -> "Chilled Water Valve"), so obviously feel free to change where appropriate. Not sure where this should be documented, but this is a start at least.
