Guide conversion from Markdown to Org-mode #55

Hi, As requested in https://github.com/bbatsov/emacs-lisp-style-guide/issues/49#issuecomment-531139714 , here it goes.

I have used Pandoc to convert from markdown to org-mode.

As back there its conversion has yet to be improved, so I had to check the document thoroughly and fix random inconsistencies:

Add Emacs Lisp as block source
Fix indentations
Fix break lines in weird position of text
Fix TOC

No changes to text, grammar has been done.

That's it. :)
