Shift + C to produce Capital C in Editor is not working as expected #1265

Shift + C to produce capital C in editor

Shift + C don't give capital C in editor but gives C (prefix)

Steps to reproduce the problem

1.replace ~/.emacs.d with https://github.com/ye-lin-aung/Emacs-Configs

Environment & Version information

Projectile version information

Projectile version: 20180808.833

Emacs version

26.1

Operating system

Ubuntu 18.0.4

P.S it works if i remove projectile global mode in ~/.emacs.d/core/prelude-editor.el

I removed the projectile and reinstalled that works somehow.I will close now
