Study should not refer dictionaries by ids, it should work of all non special dictionaries #75

You had written study to work only for English-Bulgarian dictionary and you had 
hardcoded the dictionary id(you should have used the name since the id is 
subject to change as it happened with the new version). However, the study 
should work for all non-special dictionaries.
