sml-modeline and ERC colors #142

Hi! I don't know if this is right, but some things in this theme is unusually lacking in color, and I think something might be wrong.

I have compared this version of zenburn, with djcb-version, (see second screenshot) and I find that:

  1. sml-modeline is looking strange in this mode (see first screenshot). You can't really see the bar/slider in the field. Seems to look OK in the djcb version though, see second screenshot.
  2. Colors are lacking in ERC. Looking at the source I can see than my nick is not zenburn-red, and no other nick is colored according to erc-highlight-nicknames

Sorry for leaving two bug/issue reports in one, but I've found the reason for the erc-behavior, and submitted a pull request (#147).
