Fix unit tests #35

@bbaugher - I noticed that the unit tests were not passing for the last few commits. The following fixes the same. I haven't had a chance to check the integration test.

Are there any plans for publishing 0.6.0 onto supermarket ?

Thanks again. I was wanting to but after a large change went through it left the cookbook in a poor state as your noticing. The changes for 0.6.0 are also rather breaking so I'm thinking of either trying to change that or possibly moving to 1.0.0

This was released as 1.0.0
