alright i bound a key to the menu and when i bring it up, im not allowed to do 
anything. every time i go to do an action, it says im not allowed to do that. 
This is on my listen server

I have the same Problem.
I got this, when i reinstalled my Garrysmod.

Every old Config File have been deleted, could it be, that Steam-Cloud Saves 
old Config Files? (don`t know if this is the case)
