Ban Hacking #166

On my server "DFTBA Vanilla Server", I recently (8/5/10) banned a person 
permanenatly for spawnkilling. Around three hours later, the person named "Poke 
me here" Joined again and this message showed up: 
Hook 'EV_BanRemoved' in tab 'Bans' failed with error:
ev_menu\tab_z_bans.lua:71: attempt to index field '?' (a nil value)

and then the person was able to join again. the server owner then also banned 
him.  After about another three hours, the same message showed up, and "poke me 
here" was able to join again. I once again banned him and am now waiting again 
while writing this report. Please help.
