can u add automatic rank up plz #178

like when players play a certain time it ranks em up and gives em more features 
in the server the longer the play in server the more they rank up. and can u 
sync it with the scoreboard. this feature would be really nice to have and plus 
players would wanna come to the server more. plz look into this and have a 
great day

Ye thats awsome automatic rank higher by 2 hours and than you have pistol or 
somthing.
i think there is a plugin comming :P

Isn't this the same as issue 92?
Maybe you should take a look over there, as that one contains a link to a 
plugin.

(Note: I didn't test it, but as far as I can see, this is the same request as 
issue 92)
