Restrict Spawn menu #187

i wanna restrict people from being able to open the spawn menu so they wont 
spawn npcs and some props. How do I restrict that?

there is an plugin. Disables spawning objects. Great for 'minge' classes with 
no priveleges.

what about spawning npcs?? i want to stop that too. but thanks for this plugin

if you have install that. with a class and its not allowed, than they can't 
spawn any thing
