Support for ArtificerM1Reload #18

Would it be possible to add support for this mod? https://thunderstore.io/package/Moffein/ArtificerM1Reload/

They have a section called For Mod Devs and show how to add support. I am not sure what the current behavior is with Artificer Extended and what it scales with since there isn't much explanation.

Seems easy enough. I asked Moffein to tweak it to work with different stock types, once he finishes that I'll add it to the mod
