It would be better if the background music could be added, edited, etc. For example, moving the Roas theme from 0F to 11, etc.

Music editing is not something I plan to add, but if someone wants to contribute code for it I would be happy to incorporate it.

It would help to understand the music data formats, but I could not find source code for the tool you linked.
