This pull-request updates emu2413 from 1.2.7 to the latest 1.5.2: changelog
This will fix the bug where the modulator's release rate is not changed to zero when key-off.
As for Lagrange Point musics, there's no big difference between 1.2.7 and 1.5.2, but fan-made VRC7 nsf songs might be affected on this bug.
