Shift imports to support sb7

Updated other package versions and tested dist with sb7

Issues

react-textarea-autosize

Added react-textarea-autosize as a direct dependency, @storybook/components@7.0.2 has this listed as a devDependency but is required, so the build will fail without adding it to our project. It claims to be fixed here but this doesn't seem to be the case with 7.0.2

@storybook/components type issues

Our build is failing due to some type issues with @storybook/components@7.0.2, specifically for the TabButton and IconButton, where incorrect props are being passed.

Therefore skipLibCheck: true has been set for now, to get this new version support out quick.
