Removing cert authentication for API server to troubleshoot client - server communication by
changing cloud-httpd24-ssl-services-devs-staff to cloud-httpd24-ssl-no-certs in spec in package.json.
Leaving adding cert authentication as a separate Ticket/PR.
State whether the PR is ready for review or whether it needs extra work
Ready to merge
Additional context
The thinking is that for the purpose of the initial user testing with dummy data, it might be non blocking, and can be addressed when allowing users "unsupervised" access to the system with their own material etc..
