Things to note:

Breaking up the ABNF is just fine, and the tests still pass
I've put in all the references I could find, but not all may be appropriate.

I wonder if uatype should become dab-uatype and drm-uatype - so that their intended values can be documented separately and tied to the appropriate reference?

I don't think we need to create new types - instead I can expand the descriptions in each of the respective fields.
